Dr. Jason Shepherd - Environmental Scientist

Jason Shepherd graduated in 1998 with a degree in Physics from Edinburgh University before gaining a Masters (1999) and Ph.D (2004) at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST), in Atmospheric Physics.


Two further years as a post doctorate saw Jason contributing to several projects including computer modelling and data analysis for an aircraft-based cloud/gas interaction research initiative, before moving to Australia and joining A.W.N.


Since joining A.W.N., Jason has gained experience in sound pressure level monitoring, source emission testing and ambient air quality monitoring where he has been able to make full use of his background in atmospheric sciences.
